RADIO SEOUL GEORGIA's WHEL/HELEN, GA has been sold again, this time to SORENSON SOUTHEAST RADIO (DEAN SORENSON and ART SUTTON) for $705,000. RADIO SEOUL bought the station from CLEAR CHANNEL last year for $650,000.
