CLEAR CHANNEL has closed on the swap of Hot AC KHMX (MIX 96.5) and Spanish Hits KLOL (MEGA 101)/HOUSTON to CBS RADIO for Adult Hits WQSR (102.7 JACK FM)/BALTIMORE, Top 40 KBKS (106.1 KISS FM)/TACOMA-SEATTLE, Top 40/Rhythm KXJM (JAMMIN' 107.5) and Classic Hits KLTH (K-HITS 106.7)/PORTLAND and Adult Hits KQJK (93.7 JACK FM)/SACRAMENTO.  

The stations formally changed hands TODAY (4/1), although the operations were previously taken over by the new owners in LMAs before closing.
