  Congress honored PAUL HARVEY on WEDNESDAY with the passage of a resolution celebrating HARVEY's life and career. The resolution, H.Res.223, was introduced by Rep. JOHN SULLIVAN (R-OK).
  HARVEY, born in TULSA, became a radio legend over a 70-year career before his passing last month at 90. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2005.
