Collins Joins Garamendi Campaign

Former syndicated talk show host PETER B. COLLINS has landed as "messaging and communications consultant" for the gubernatorial campaign of CALIFORNIA Lieutenant Governor JOHN GARAMENDI, reports the SACRAMENTO BEE. 

COLLINS, who has worked on campaigns for NANCY PELOSI and PETE MCCLOSKEY, recently shut down his syndicated show, based at Talk KRXA-A/MONTEREY and heard on CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KKGN-A (GREEN 960)/SAN FRANCISCO and other stations. GARAMENDI is running for the Democratic Party nomination to succeed ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER as Governor of CALIFORNIA.
