  Former Congressman BOB NEY (R-OH), who was convicted of felony bribery in the JACK ABRAMOFF scandal, is taking a shot at talk radio with a daily show 1-3p at MONROE COMMUNICATIONS Talk WVLY-A/MOUNDSVILLE, WV.
  NEY served 17 months in prison for his role in the scandal; he served six terms in Congress representing OHIO's 18th congressional district before his resignation in 2006 and served as Chairman of the House Adminstration Committee.
