Talk WRTA-A/ALTOONA morning co-host STEVE CLARK headed to WASHINGTON for the STATE OF THE UNION address and saw the President in the House chamber as Rep. BILL SHUSTER's guest. On WEDNESDAY morning, CLARK hosted WRTA's local 9-11:45a block as well as part of MOUNTAIN CITY MORNINGS from Congress, featuring interviews of Congresspersons and taking calls from constituents.
