Woman Sues Martha Stewart Co. Over Sirius' "Whatever"

SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO's MARTHA STEWART channel has a show with STEWART's daughter ALEXIS STEWART called "WHATEVER." A 78 year old OXNARD, CA woman named HILDA KUNSTADT has a cable access show called "WHATEVER." KUNSTADT is now suing MARTHA STEWART LIVING OMNIMEDIA INC. in U.S. District Court in MANHATTAN for trademark infringement over the use of the "WHATEVER" name. 

AP reports that STEWART's lawyer rejected KUNSTADT's claims in a letter last week.
