  CUMULUS will launch Talk WWTN (SUPER TALK 99.7 WTN)/NASHVILLE host PHIL VALENTINE's show into national syndication on or before APRIL 3. WTN has moved VALENTINE from middays to afternoons this week for syndication purposes. The show now airs 3-7p ET.
