Advertiser Sues ABC Radio Networks

INTERNATIONAL STAR REGISTRY is taking ABC RADIO NETWORKS to court for breach of contract and fraud over its claim that ABC underdelivered on its audience guarantee by up to 24%

MEDIAWEEK reports that ISR is seeking over $5 million in compensatory and punitive damages and claims that ABC guaranteed ratings points and underdelivered, and also concealed the shortfalls. "They knew they under-delivered, and they took our money," ISR President ROCKY MOSELE told the magazine. "This has been going on for 20 years."
