Benken Hires Harrell, Shaw and Grimes

CATEGORY 5/NASHVILLE VP/Promo TONY BENKEN has begun to assemble his team as he hires three new regionals. Former RCA West Coast Regional SAM HARRELL will take on the same region for the new label. DAVID SHAW, previously with COLUMBIA pop, has been taped for the Northeast and COURTNEY GRIMES takes on the Southwest. GRIMES is a newcomer to the promotion world, having spent the last few years at NASHVILLE's GIBSON GUITAR headquarters in the marketing department. BENKEN is expected to announce more additions to the staff soon.
