In a deal not yet filed with the FCC, CHARLES "BUD" WILLIAMSON's DIGITAL RADIO BROADCASTING is selling the construction permit for new AM WDJQ-A/ONTARIO, NY-ROCHESTER to 21ST CENTURY BROADCASTING for $60,000.
In deals filed with the Commission, TBTA MINISTRIES is selling noncommercial WXIV/LUMPKIN, GA and construction permits for stations in LUMPKIN, MOUNDVILLE, CAMDEN, and MIMSVILLE, AL to ALABAMA CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. for consideration of $1; and WPW BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Classic Hits WKXQ/RUSHVILLE, IL to LARRY G. BOSTWICK's LB SPORTS PRODUCTIONS LLC for $125,000.
