WMMS Sued By Roverfest Spectator

CLEAR CHANNEL Rock WMMS/CLEVELAND' is being sued by a woman who suffered injuries from a beer bottle thrown during THE ROVERFEST STREET PARTY by ROVER'S MORNING GLORY personality DOMINICK DIETER. TIFFANY YUHASZ says she suffered "nerve damage, pigmentation change ... tissue loss and indentation of her forehead" when DIETER mounted the stage and threw a beer bottle into the air. 

She is asking for pain and suffering and medical expenses of more than $4,000. For more details go here.
