Former BBC Radio 1 Jock Denning Sentenced On Sex Charges

Former BBC RADIO ONE personality CHRIS DENNING has been sentenced to four years in prison for sexual abuse of boys. DENNING, 64, pleaded guilty to charges stemming from abuse committed in the 1970's and 80's; he was arrested in AUGUST as he entered the UK at HEATHROW AIRPORT after previously successfully fighting extradition from the CZECH REPUBLIC. The judge in KINGSTON Crown Court added the condition to DENNING's sentence that he not be allowed to work or be alone ina room with boys under the age of 16 after his release.
