Deadline Approaching For NABEF Professional Fellowship Program

The NAB EDUCATION FOUNDATION (NABEF) is putting word out that the submission deadline for applications to its Professional Fellowship program is FEBRUARY 15. The program was developed to promote diversity by increasing the pool of qualified broadcasters from minority groups who may not be fully represented at the management level. 

Fellowships are available to attend the following programs: 

-- NAB Executive Development Program for Radio Broadcasters JULY 15-18, GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY MCDONOUGH SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, WASHINGTON, D.C. 

-- Management Development Seminar for Television Executives JULY 23-28, NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, EVANSTON, IL 

-- Making News Program for General Managers APRIL 21-22, NAB2006, LAS VEGAS
