MAGELLAN BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Hot AC WIMI (99.7 THE STORM) and Country WJMS-A (REAL COUNTRY US 59)/IRONWOOD, MI to J&J BROADCASTING, INC. for $950,000.

In another deal filed with the FCC, FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is donating noncommercial WCIG/CARBONDALE, PA to KEVIN FITZGERALD and BENJAMIN P. SMITH's TELIKOJA EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING, INC. as part of the previously-filed sale of Oldies WGMF-F (GEM 107)/DALLAS-SCRANTON, PA by FITZGERALD and SMITH's GEOS COMMUNICATIONS to FAMILY LIFE. FM translators W290BS/TURBOTVILLE, PA and W236BB/TUNKHANNOCK, PA are also being transferred by FAMILY LIFE to GEOS COMMUNICATIONS in the deal.
