WOR-A/NY Adds Hanover To Mornings

Former WPIX (TV)/NEW YORK anchor and former NEW YORK CITY First Lady DONNA HANOVER is joining WOR-A/NEW YORK as co-host of the station's morning show wit incumbent ED WALSH, beginning MARCH 6. 

HANOVER, whose bitter separation from Mayor RUDOLPH GIULIANI in 2000 and divorce in 2002 was fodder for tabloids, also worked as a reporter for FOX O&O WNYW (TV)/NEW YORK and was featured on the FOOD NETWORK and as host of the syndicated TV show "FAMOUS HOMES AND HIDEAWAYS." Her remarriage to her high school boyfriend ED OSTER resulted in a book, "MY BOYFRIEND'S BACK." HANOVER has done fill-in work for WOR in the past, sitting in for JOAN HAMBURG.
