CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KNEW-A/SAN FRANCISCO adds TALK RADIO NETWORK's JERRY DOYLE for Noon-3p and moves middayer JEFF KATZ to 7-9p for the "JEFF KATZ EVENING WRAP" with news of the day and clips from the station's daytime shows, effective FEBRUARY 20.

KATZ, meanwhile, is practically a regular now on CNN's "THE SITUATION ROOM": he's making his third appearance in two weeks on WEDNESDAY, this time taking his own shots at Vice PResident CHENEY's hunting mishap.
