  FOREVER COMMUNICATIONS Country WOGY (FROGGY 104)/JACKSON, TN has tapped BRIAN BLACK for mornings, joining PD TABATHA "POLLY WOGG" EUBANKS who is already in place. Most recently BLACK was PD at GREAT PLAINS MEDIA Classic Rock WDQZ/BLOOMINGTON, IL.
