They're Gonna Paint The Opry Pink

One of the charities supported when the Opry goes pink

The GRAND OLE OPRY will be tickled pink on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2nd. During both shows that evening, CARRIE UNDERWOOD will take the stage to flip the switch that will turn the signature backdrop barn pink in support of WOMEN ROCK FOR THE CURE and SUSAN G. KOMEN. UNDERWOOD and TERRI CLARK will be among the night's performers that will also include special recognition of breast cancer survivors and the continuing fight against the disease.

When fans call 1-800-OPRY or visit www.opry.com to purchase tickets for the show, they should enter the code "OPRYPINK" so that $5 from each ticket will benefit the two charities. For those purchasing a "Night At The OPRY" package, which includes OPRY tickets and hotel accommodations at the GAYLORD OPRYLAND HOTEL, refer to the code "GPINK" for the donation.
