BENJAMIN-DANE, LLC is selling Talk WJSS-A/HAVRE DE GRACE, MD to CRS RADIO HOLDINGS, INC. for $750,000. The buyer will program the station under a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In another deal filed with the FCC, GUAM BROADCAST SERVICES, INC. is selling the construction permit for KIJI/TUMON, GUAM to CHOICE BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $800,000 ($100,000 down, $50,000 with the filing, $150,000 at closing, and $500,000 in a promissory note).
