REAL LIFE BROADCASTING has been slapped with an $18,400 fine by the FCC for EAS, public file, tower enclosure, and power level violations at Brokered WIFI-A/FLORENCE, NJ.
Also hit with a fine by the FCC, SPARTA-TOMAH BROADCASTING CO., INC. was assessed an $8,800 fine for excessive power levels at Sports WKLJ-A (ESPN RADIO 1290)/SPARTA, WI-LA CROSSE and failure to maintain a compliant operational main studio within the rules for Sports WFBZ (105.5 THE ZOO)/TREMPEALEAU, WI-LA CROSSE.
And PENTECOSTAL TEMPLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has been fined $5,000 for antenna pattern violations, unauthorized STL, and public file violations at Gospel WGBN-A/NEW KENSINGTON, PA-PITTSBURGH.
