Former BBC Host Pamela Reed Dies In Fall

Condolences to family and friends of former BBC RADIO 4 and BBC RADIO SHEFFIELD personality PAMELA REED, who died of head injuries after a fall at her vacation home in the French Alps at 61, according to the DAILY TELEGRAPH.

REED was one of RADIO SHEFFIELD's original reporters and hosts from its 1967 sign-on, and left in 1973, later working for RADIO 4 on a freelance basis.
