Ross Rises To KKPN PD

APD/MD DAVE ROSS has been promoted to PD at CONVERGENT Top 40 KKPN (PLANET 102.3)/CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, replacing SCOTT HOLT, who has resigned.

ROSS tells ALL ACCESS, "I'm truly excited about this new opportunity, and I'm looking forward to taking the PLANET to an even higher orbit."

ROSS has been "in the building" at KKPN for eight years, having started as a part-timer with the station. He held positions at other stations in the cluster -- Adult Hits KJKE and Rock KRPX -- before returning to PLANET 102.3 as APD/MD and night jock. He now hosts afternoons on the PLANET.
