  KM RADIO OF PEARSON, LLC is selling Top 40 WPNG (SHINE 101.9)/PEARSON, GA to BROADCAST SOUTH, LLC for $600,000 plus an LMA before closing. The buyer owns seven other radio stations in GEORGIA plus LPTV WVOH-LP/HAZELHURST, GA.
  In other deals filed with the FCC, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translators K234BK/BRITT, IA and K271AI/NORTHWOOD, IA to MINN-IOWA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $27,500; and GRANBURY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is transferring K300BD/STEPHENVILLE, TX to TONY HEADY for no consideration.
