Salem Delivers Healthcare Petition To Congress

SALEM RADIO NETWORK's petition against the OBAMA healthcare proposal was delivered to Congress on WEDNESDAY, in advance of President OBAMA's speech to a joint session last night.  The petition was signed by 1.3 million individuals and was carried to CAPITOL HILL by SALEM hosts MIKE GALLAGHER, DENNIS PRAGER, JANET PARSHALL, MICHAEL MEDVED, and HUGH HEWITT and SRN's Dr. RICHARD LAND as well as the NATIONAL CENTER FOR POLICY ANALYSIS' PETE DU PONT and Dr. JOHN GOODMAN. 

House and Senate Republican leaders, including House Minority Leader JOHN BOEHNER (R-OH) and Whip ERIC CANTOR (R-VA), were among the legislators on hand for the delivery, with speakers at the event stressing the importance of Talk radio in the battle against the healthcare proposals circulating in Congress and the Senate.
