VAL COOK BROADCASTING Country KASL-A/NEWCASTLE, WY GM/PD/morning personality VAL COOK has tapped PLATTE RIVER RADIO/KEARNEY, NE News Director DYLAN HUNTER for PD/morning host duties. COOK will remain with the station as GM.
