  RADIO COMMUNAUTAIRE DU LABRADOR INC. has received CRTC approval to add new FM repeater transmitters at LA GRAND'TERRE and ST JOHN'S, NF for its French-language Type A community station CJRM/LABRADOR CITY, NF.
  The LA GRAND'TERRE signal will operate with 42 watts (maximum ERP 250 watts) at 96.1 FM, while the ST. JOHN'S signal will be at 95.7 FM with 232 watts.
