TRITON DIGITAL MEDIA has acquired online audio ratings service ANDO MEDIA for an undisclosed price. ANDO offers the Webcast Metrics in-stream audience measurement service utilized by over 6,800 stations and webcasters in the U.S. and has announced the development of Targeted Ad Injector, a server-side ad serving technology system.
