Former FCC Chairman Martin Joins Xtera Communications Board

Former FCC Chairman KEVIN MARTIN has joined the Board of Directors of network infrastructure company XTERA COMMUNICATIONS. MARTIN exited the Commission in JANUARY after a stormy tenure atop the agency.
