Portsmouth Buys Rest Of Station

PORTSMOUTH FC has purchased the 74% of AC 107.4 THE QUAY/PORTSMOUTH, ENGLAND it didn't already own from THE LOCAL RADIO COMPANY, reports the PORTSMOUTH NEWS. THE QUAY carries POMPEY's game coverage and a daily "Football Hour" at 6p in addition to regular music programming.

In return, TLRC has purchased the soccer club's share of AC SPIRIT FM/CHICHESTER, WEST SUSSEX for 80,000 pounds. The parties also previously partnered in the ownership of ISLE OF WIGHT RADIO, which was sold to management in AUGUST.
