SIMMONS MEDIA GROUP is selling its WACO cluster, including AC KLRK (STAR 92.9)/MARLIN, TX; Country KRQX-A and Country KRQX-F/MEXIA, TX; and Sports KRZI-A (1660 ESPN RADIO)/WACO, to GARY MOSS' M&M BROADCASTERS, LTD. for an undisclosed price.
KALIL AND CO. represented SIMMONS and JOHN L. PIERCE of JOHN PIERCE AND CO., LLC represented M&M in the deal.
