The sale of SIMMONS MEDIA GROUP's WACO cluster, including AC KLRK (STAR 92.9)/MARLIN, TX; Country KRQX-A and Country KRQX-F/MEXIA, TX; and Sports KRZI-A (1660 ESPN RADIO)/WACO, to GARY MOSS' M&M BROADCASTERS, LTD., announced yesterday, is carrying a $1.98 million price tag, according to the paperwork filed with the FCC.

In FM translator deals filed with the Commission, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling K279BE/BAKERSFIELD to CALVARY CHAPEL OF COSTA MESA, INC. for $60,000; RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling W250AT/MONTICELLO, IL to SAGA for $35,000; and STANDEF BROADCASTING CORP. is donating K261BA/ROLLA, ND to DOWN EAST COMM'S, INC./CDC/CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS for no consideration.
