Hacksaw Joins XX1090/San Diego

LEE "HACKSAW" HAMILTON is joining BCA Sports XEPRS-A (XX1090)/SAN DIEGO for 3-7p PT weekdays, starting OCTOBER 5th. 

HACKSAW, most recently heard on crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL Sports KLSD-A (XTRA SPORTS 1360), has been a fixture in local sports radio for over 20 years, mostly at the old XETRA-A (XTRA SPORTS 690).  He also calls NFL football for COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS and has been hosting a weekend show for XM RADIO's MLB HOME PLATE channel. 

XX1090's afternoon show has been mostly handled by middayer DARREN SMITH (who will move back to noon-3p) on PADRES game days since the "BLEACHER BUMS" afternoon show hosted by IRWIN EARL MILAN and TED MENDENHALL ended in APRIL.  HAMILTON has filled in at the station during the SUMMER.
