Holy Toledo! Carey Leaves Citadel For Cumulus

CITADEL Top 40 WIOG/SAGINAW PD/Midday host BRENT CAREY announced today that he's accepted the same position at CUMULUS Top 40 WTWR/TOLEDO, which recently transitioned to the format from Top 40/Rhythmic. 

CAREY tells ALL ACCESS, "The people here are my friends and have been a big part of my life. It's not easy saying goodbye, but I couldn’t pass this up. I'm excited about the opportunity ahead and can’t wait to get started.”

He spent four years with the station – the last two as PD. No replacement has been announced. His final day will be SEPTEMBER 30, and he’ll resurface in TOLEDO the following MONDAY (3).
