Cumulus KPUR/Amarillo Flips To Country

CUMULUS KPUR/AMARILLO flipped from its Oldies format to Country as "107-1 THE ARMADILLO" on MONDAY (9/21). 

Interim GM JACK LIGHT reported to ALL ACCESS that they are currently running "commercial-free, jock-free" and will most likely remain that way for the next several weeks. LIGHT stated the format will be "heavy on TEXAS Country" and that overall they have gotten very positive listener response to the flip.
