Katie Armiger To Perform At Alzheimer's Benefit

COLD RIVER RECORDS artist KATIE ARMIGER will help raise awareness for ALZHEIMER's DISEASE at the "For The Love Of George" benefit on OCTOBER 9th in NASHVILLE. The event will be held at the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME and also features appearances by KATHY MATTEA, EMILY WEST, LANI NASH and MINDY SMITH.

"For The Love Of George" was founded by ALEX and CHRIS BARNET, who formed the ALZHEIMER's FOUNDATION OF AMERICA's (AFA) first Junior Committee in 2004 in memory of their grandfather, GEORGE R. IRVIN. IRVIN was diagnosed with the disease in 2002 and passed away last year.
