SENATE COMMERCE COMMITTEE Chairman TED STEVENS (R-AK) ups Deputy Communications Dir. AARON SAUNDERS to Press Secretary for commerce issues (including telecommunications). STEVENS' present Press Secretary, COURTNEY SCHIKORA, retains that title and duties for STEVENS' personal Congressional office.
