ENTRAVISION Country KNTY/SACRAMENTO PD BOB McNEILL tells ALL ACCESS about the upcoming HOWL-O-WEEN 4 concert. The fun takes place on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th at the DOUBLETREE HOTEL. Taking the stage will be BOMSHEL, WILLIAMS RILEY and BRADY SEALS.
