NASSAU BROADCASTING PARTNERS is selling Classic Hits WNNH (99.1 FRANK FM)/HENNIKER, NH and Classic Rock WWHQ (101.5 THE HAWK)/MEREDITH, NH to GREAT EASTERN RADIO for an undisclosed price.  The spinoff of the CONCORD-area stations is to comply with FCC ownership limits after GOLDMAN SACHS took an 85% equity interest in the company and ended the grandfathered status of NASSAU's ownership of multiple stations in the market.  The deal has not yet been filed with the FCC.

In deals filed with the FCC, PAOLA ASSEMBLY OF GOD (CROSS POINT ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH) is transferring the construction permit for new noncommercial KCPK/PAOLA, KS to GOSPEL TO THE NATIONS MINISTRIES, INC.  The transferor will receive a SUNDAY morning timeslot 10-11:30a CT and an additional 30 minute weekly show plus 30 15-second promos weekly for seven years.

And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W250AX/LA CROSSE, WI to CROSSFIRE INC. for $35,000.
