The GUARDIAN reports that AC BBC RADIO 2 personality MARK RADCLIFFE has turned down the afternoon slot at Talk BBC RADIO 5 LIVE being vacated by SIMON MAYO, who is moving to RADIO 2 for afternoons at the end of the year as CHRIS EVANS moves into Sir TERRY WOGAN's morning slot.
