Former FCC Chairman KEVIN MARTIN is joining WASHINGTON law firm PATTON BOGGS as co-chairman of the firm's telecommunications policy practice, according to LEGAL TIMES.
MARTIN, who will co-chair the department with JENNIFER RICHTER, has been serving as a fellow at the ASPEN INSTITUTE since leaving his controversial term at the Commission earlier this year.
