Alpha Closes On CBS/Portland Cluster

LARRY WILSON's ALPHA BROADCASTING has closed on its purchase of the CBS RADIO cluster in PORTLAND, OR.  WILSON and partner ENDEAVOUR CAPITAL paid $40 million for AAA KINK, Country KUPL, Alternative KUFO and Talk KCMD-A to pair with the previously-acquired Talk KXL-A and Sports KXTG (95.5 THE GAME).

KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
