  Canadian radio group NEWCAP is proposing a 3-for-1 stock split for the company's Class A subordinate voting shares and Class B common shares, with a meeting set for NOVEMBER 13th in HALIFAX to officially offer the deal.
  Details will be sent to shareholders of record as of OCTOBER 14th after the record date.
