  AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA Top 40/Rhythmic KISV (HOT 94.1)/BAKERSFIELD officially names J. REED Program Director. J. REED had been Interim PD/MD. REED will continue his duties as MD. J. REED replaces PICAZZO STEVENS, who exited in DECEMBER for KDHT/AUSTIN, TX.
