Former KVYB DJ Killed In Ventura, CA Crash

Condolences to the family and friends of former CUMULUS Top 40/Rhythmic KVYB (103-3 THE VYBE)/OXNARD-VENTURA, CA mixer DAVID GARCIA (aka DJ GORILLA). GARCIA, along with nightclub jock ALEX ESTRADA, were killed in an early morning, head-on car crash near VENTURA, CA.  The pair were returning from volunteering at a charity event.

GARCIA's wife, SONIA, was also in the car and was critically injured. The driver of the vehicle who hit GARCIA's car head-on was seriously hurt and arrested on suspicion of felony for driving under the influence.
