Eddie Edwards Announces Pittsburgh Station Purchase

EDDIE EDWARDS has announced that, as promised, he has obtained a station in PITTSBURGH. EDWARDS himself, a former Urban air personality-turned-television personality-turned owner, has just announced that he has agreed in principle to purchase a station to service PITTSBURGH’s African-American community. 

This move was necessitated when SHERIDAN BROADCASTING recently sold its stations, Urban WAMO, Urban AC WAMO-A and Black Gospel WPGR-A to ST. JOSEPH MISSIONS. 

No official word on exactly what station EDWARDS has purchased, what call letters have been assigned or a start date.
