  MATCHLESS MUSIC GROUP has announced DAVID ST. ROMAIN has been signed as their flagship artist. The debut album is due in the first quarter of 2010. ST. ROMAIN's lead single, "That's Love," will be impacting Country radio OCTOBER 19th, with DAVID HALEY's EDGEHILL MUSIC in charge of promotion.
