Six To Be Honored By NYSBA Hall Of Fame

The NEW YORK STATE BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION HALL OF FAME will induct six more broadcasters on NOVEMBER 12th, and the list includes CBS radio and TV personality CHARLES OSGOOD, longtime NEW YORK Top 40 and Oldies personality HARRY HARRISON, CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WGY-A/ALBANY's DON WEEKS, ROCHESTER morning mainstay ALAN "BROTHER WEASE" LEVIN, GALAXY AC WZUN (SUNNY 102)/SYRACUSE afternoon host RICK GARY, and former LIN CORP. CBS affiliate WIVB-TV/BUFFALO reporter MARIE RICE.
The six will be inducted at a ceremony at the PALEY CENTER FOR MEDIA in NEW YORK.
"This year's nominees represent the very best our industry has to offer," said NYSBA Pres. JOSEPH A. REILLY. "They have created a rich diversity of radio and TV programming and made a tremendous impact in the lives of their viewers and listeners."
