  What's up at GREAT PLAINS MEDIA Active Rock KMXN (X92.9)/TOPEKA?
  The station's website doesn't reflect it -- but ALL ACCESS ears in the market say the station is stunting with TV themes, and is calling itself TV 92.9. You can listen to the stream here. In an intrguing side note, BROADCASTKC.COM reports that "BULL929.com" was registered by GREAT PLAINS on SEPT. 18th.
  If that pans out, it looks like TOPEKA will have another Country station.
