KINK’s ‘Live 12’ Top Sales In Portland

ALPHA BROADCASTING Triple A KINK/PORTLAND, OR has now release the "KINK Live 12" compilation of in-studio performances. The project, being sold exclusively at local STARBUCK’S stores, has debuted at No. 1 this week in the market according to weekly SOUNDSCAN data with sales well over 5,000 copies. Further, the disc will appear in the next BILLBOARD TOP 200 at No. 103.

The CD, culled from KINK’s Live Performance Lounge, benefits the nonprofit organization SMART (Start Making A Reader Today), which recruits volunteers to read with children in need of literacy support.

Artists included in this edition are MAT KEARNEY, ADELE, TORI AMOS, INDIGO GIRLS, BRETT DENNEN, CARBON LEAF, STEVE EARLE, MISSY HIGGINS, LITTLE FEAT and AUGUSTANA.
